The space is 1,000 square feet with 3 bathrooms. 500 square feet are sprung flooring while the other 500 is being renovated to hard wood floor. Both areas are easily adaptable for all your needs. Options for rental are the total 1,000 square feet or either 500 section depending on your demands. The space is available to be decorated with approval. Tennis shoes are not allowed on the spring floor. For more information, please fill out the questionnaire below. Please allow for 1-2 weeks for response (could be sooner).
